1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the relationship between the operator of the MeAurix service (hereinafter "Operator") and the user of the MeAurix web application (hereinafter "User").

The Operator is TRIPOD POWER s.r.o., with registered office at Olivova 2096/4, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, Company ID: 19974264, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 395009.

2. Service Description

MeAurix is a web application providing digital entertainment services focused on esoterica, fortune telling, dream interpretation, and horoscopes. The service uses artificial intelligence technology to generate responses.

3. Registration and User Account

Registration is required to use paid features. The User is obliged to provide truthful and current information. Each User may only have one account.

• The User is responsible for the security of their login credentials
• The User must immediately inform the Operator of any unauthorized access to their account
• The Operator reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms

4. Credit System and Payments

The service operates on a credit-based system. Users purchase credits which are then used to access individual services.

• Credit package prices are listed in the current price list including VAT
• Purchased credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• The Operator reserves the right to change prices; existing credits are not affected

5. Membership (Subscription)

Users may subscribe to a monthly membership that includes a monthly credit allocation and additional benefits per the current offer.

• Membership automatically renews each month
• Cancellation is possible at any time; the membership remains active until the end of the current billing period
• Unused credits from membership do not carry over to the next period

6. User Rights and Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Use the service in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws
• Not misuse the service for any unlawful purposes
• Not interfere with the technical operation of the service
• Not share their account with third parties

7. Operator Rights and Obligations

• The Operator commits to providing the service with maximum care and quality
• The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service
• The Operator reserves the right to temporarily restrict the service for maintenance
• The Operator is not responsible for decisions made based on service outputs

8. Complaints and Withdrawal

Due to the nature of the digital service (immediate consumption), the User agrees to the commencement of performance before the withdrawal period expires. Technical complaints may be submitted within 14 days to compliance@reindeer-digital.com.

10. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. Users will be notified of changes by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect.

In case of disputes, the parties shall attempt amicable resolution. The competent court for dispute resolution is the Czech court with jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office.
